China North Industries Group, known best as Norinco, is a Chinese state owned enterprise that mostly deals with defense products. Thanks to Norinco's exports, the US markets have been graced with the high quality, extremely popular and very desirable Type-56 and later the Mak-90's. Our Norinco design depicts the Norinco Export Proof Mark in the center, bordered on the sides by the selector markings "Lien" meaning continuous, and "Dan" meaning single in Chinese Characters.
